We offer our customers typical dishes of Tuscan cuisine, served as tradition, and more contemporary dishes with a touch of originality. Each course is prepared with fresh materials from our region, in accordance with the seasonality of the products and the enhancement of the specialities that Tuscany offers. Our extensive menu with choices of appetizers, first and second courses typical of the Pisan tradition, as well as homemade desserts, is always updated to meet the needs of each customer.
